Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the gon888 website accessible at gon888.bio, including all sub-pages, services, tools, and software made available through it.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered a gon888 account and whose account remains in active standing.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration, used to access all platform services.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds, winnings, and credited bonuses held within a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free bet, or cashback amount credited to a Member's Account by gon888.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process gon888 may require Members to complete before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action described under Clause 7 of this Agreement as being expressly forbidden.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the official currency of Indonesia and the sole transaction currency on the gon888 platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone used for all time-sensitive operations including draw results, match settlements, and withdrawal processing windows.

To register and maintain an active account on gon888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. gon888 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will request documentation to verify this where there is any doubt.
2. You must be accessing the platform as a private individual for personal recreational use. Use of the platform on behalf of a corporate entity, partnership, or third party is prohibited.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of any employee of gon888 or its affiliated entities.
4. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by gon888 or any responsible gaming body, and must not have previously had an account closed by gon888 due to a violation of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on gon888 at any time. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether intentional or otherwise — constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, without limitation:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you own and actively monitor.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A mobile phone number registered in your own name.
• Your Indonesian bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other supported institutions) or e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) for withdrawal purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. gon888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify gon888's support team immediately via live chat if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

gon888 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its sole discretion, including in cases where the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

4.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Accepted deposit channels include bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the deposit page and are subject to change at gon888's discretion.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests must be submitted via the Member's account dashboard. Funds will be transferred to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered to the Member's profile. gon888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing time is under five (5) minutes for verified accounts; accounts pending KYC review may experience delays.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published on the platform's banking page. gon888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and to impose additional limits on individual accounts where unusual activity is detected.

4.4 Fees. gon888 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service fees, for which gon888 accepts no responsibility.

4.5 Refused or Returned Transactions. gon888 reserves the right to refuse or return any deposit that it suspects originates from proceeds of crime, fraud, or any activity that violates these Terms. In such cases, gon888 may report the transaction to relevant authorities.

5.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is confirmed only when gon888's system displays a confirmation message with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed during a system error, network interruption, or at odds that were published in error are void. gon888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at palpably incorrect odds, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

5.2 Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting body, regulatory authority, or game provider. In the event of a dispute, gon888's decision on settlement is final. Live betting odds are updated in real time; once a bet is confirmed at a displayed price, that price is locked.

5.3 Mix Parlay Accumulator Bets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available on the sportsbook. If one or more legs of a mix parlay are cancelled or voided, the bet proceeds as a reduced accumulator at the remaining legs' combined odds. Minimum odds per leg requirements apply and are stated at the time of bet placement.

5.4 Cancelled Events. If an event is postponed and not played within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time (WIB), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's balance. For live events, any unsettled bets at the time of cancellation will be voided.

5.5 Maximum Winnings. gon888 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any single event, market, or accumulator. These limits are published on the platform's sportsbook page and are subject to change.

gon888 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total). The applicable multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• gon888 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of an active promotion with reasonable notice, and to cancel bonus credits that have been obtained through abuse or exploitation of the system.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Ramadhan deposit bonuses, and Nyepi-period offers — are subject to the same general bonus conditions as all other promotions.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the gon888 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

1. Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; submission of falsified identity documents; impersonation of another individual.
2. Money laundering: Depositing funds derived from criminal activity; using the gon888 platform to convert, conceal, or transfer illicit proceeds.
3. Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions; systematic low-risk wagering to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; collusion between accounts to accumulate bonus value.
4. Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, access account features, or manipulate game outcomes.
5. Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome, or sharing or acting on non-public information related to any sporting or gaming event.
6. Arbitrage betting: Placing coordinated bets on opposing outcomes across platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, in violation of gon888's fair use policy.
7. Hacking and interference: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to gon888's systems, to interfere with platform operations, or to exploit software vulnerabilities.
8. Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account while under 21 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.

gon888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification may be required before a Member's first withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative transaction thresholds, or at any time gon888 deems it necessary.

Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (a photograph of the bank card, e-wallet screenshot, or bank account statement showing the Member's name and account number).
• Selfie photograph holding the identification document, if requested by the verification team.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with gon888's Privacy Policy. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed. gon888 reserves the right to suspend a Member's account pending KYC completion if it considers it necessary to do so.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gon888 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, display, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from gon888. The gon888 name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of gon888 and may not be used without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gon888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the gon888 platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

gon888's total cumulative liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gon888 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. gon888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that use of the platform is at your sole risk.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gon888 is incorporated and licensed to operate as an offshore gaming platform.

Any disputes shall first be submitted to gon888's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. You agree that this process is the exclusive means of resolving disputes and that you waive any right to a jury trial or class-action proceeding.

Nothing in this clause limits gon888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened intellectual property infringement, misappropriation, or breach of confidentiality obligations.

gon888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gon888 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered to your account, or via a prominent notice on the platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the gon888 platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance.
